As the Lead graphic designer at dr. leonardo interactive webservices, I was responsible for brand development, marketing, user interface design, template design, and project management.
The product name "Dr. Leonardo" was based on the 15th century polymath Leonardo davinci. The logo used in the branding for dr. leonardo was a characterization i developed to tie the product name into the overall marketing campaign for the software platform. Brand development for Dr. Leonardo included website development, email marketing campaigns, social media branding and marketing, pay per click advertisements, print material deisgn ,trade show booth development, video production, and apparel design.
in working with the software development team, my responsibilities included user interface design and testing. I was tasked with designing aesthetically pleasing and friendly user interface designs that supported the back-end functionality of the software platform.
As the director of template development, I managed a team responsible for creating 1,000+ healthcare website templates over a one year period. These designs spanned over 60 unique specialties, each containing images and content that reflected the unique characteristics of each specialty.
Many of our higher-end clientele also choose to purchase a custom design rather than choose from one of our existing templates. My role in this process was to hold the design consultation with the client, create a unique design based on the desires expressed by the client, and present my work to the client, tailoring the final product based on their feedback.
